Return Policy
At JEYMAC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take pride in creating high-quality body care products made with care and attention to detail.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
• Body Butters
• Body Oils
• Body Scrubs
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jeymaccosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Returnable Items
Only bar soaps are eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
