At JEYMAC, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).
During busy periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
• UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• International Shipping: 7–15 business days (customs delays may apply)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, JEYMAC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal services. However, if your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
